Music Theory Mouse Pads

I ordered my mousepad over 2 months ago, with a window of 2 to 6 weeks given to fulfill orders. I reached out approaching the 6 week mark, inquiring about any status updates, information, or potential dates of shipment, but I received no correspondence. I've sent some emails and messages on social media after waiting a week, and have done so since, all with no acknowledgement or response from Ya Help Me or Larry Ohh, the founder/owner. I'm not convinced they're still making these to order anymore like their website advertises, but assuming they aren't, they should take them off the website or make them unavailable to order. Seems I'm not the only person with an issue like this.

Not happy with this purchase and company. It took weeks to get any word on my order and when I finally got a “tracking number” it never updated and my purchase never arrived.
